***ZEN’s workplace travel grant scheme is OPEN**
ZEN workplace grants of up to £2,500 are available to purchase a cargo bike for sustainable travel and deliveries for your workplace. Applications that help facilitate a switch from a diesel or petrol vehicle to a cargo bike are particularly encouraged. This year the grant is available for businesses or organisations in the City of London, Westminster, Hackney, Newham, Tower Hamlets and Newham.
How to Apply
Step 1: Register your interest in a ZEN grant for 2026
Step 2: Complete a ZEN grant application form and staff travel survey. This will be emailed to you after registering your interest (from 22 June)
Step 3: Applications assessed and grants awarded.
The first assessment date will be 13th July 2026. There will be further grant assessment dates (TBA) until all available funds have been awarded.
Applications received on or before each assessment date will be scored. Get your application submitted for the earliest assessmment date to avoid disappointment. Successful applicants will be notified within 2 weeks after each assessment date.
