Register your interest for free cargo bike training to use the OurBike cargo bike hire. Available at 7 hubs across Hackney, City of London and Westminster: Broadway Market E8, Calvert Avenue E2, Chatsworth Road E5, Dalston Square E8, Stoke Newington Church Street N16, Goswell Road EC1 and Church Street Market NW8. The training will take place on the OurBike electric trike.
Cargo bike training for businesses
Want to feel comfortable and confident using a cargo bike for work? Learn the skills and gain the confidence you need with a free 4 hour training session for SME businesses in Hackney.
You'll be taught by a fully qualified instructor, with one instructor for every two participants. The training will be arranged at a suitable time and location near your workplace.
In a safe off road environment you'll learn control skills on one or more styles of cargo bike and weights will be added to ensure you understand how the bikes handle with and without cargo. You'll move onto the roads and spend time learning how to handle the cargo bike at different junctions and on more complex roads.
