Ultra-Low Emission Supplier Directory launched

A new resource has been launched to support businesses reducing emissions form every part of their supply chain.

Part of the DEFRA-funded Clean Air Villages programme, this new Ultra-Low Emission Supplier Directory lists businesses providing their services using ultra-low emission vehicles, cargo bikes or by foot. The distance from vehicle dispatch point to drop-off point is highlighted to support local businesses and reduce congestion.

Using suppliers from the directory allows businesses to actively reduce local air pollution through their procurement. To be included in this directory, suppliers guaranteed they would deploy ultra-low emission vehicles at least 80% of the time when delivering/collecting in the Clean Air Village area.

Two of the Clean Air Villages are in Islington, with one in Old Street and the other in Archway. See how many ZEN businesses you can spot in the directory.
